Philosophy of Band Camp "Success cones to those who work for it!" This is the philosophy of the entire Porter Ridge Band Program. All students are required to be at all camps. Attendance is mandatory and any individual problems should have been worked out before the dates of camp with both directors. Band Camp is where 90% of the work for the marching season is accomplished. It is very intensive, but as we work toward a common goal, it becomes enjoyable and students are rewarded for their efforts. It is in this way we are |
